Whenever i do try to ‘capture’ https://monitoring.example.com/device/device=4/tab=capture/
I get timeout error below:

Are you able to get snmp data from the device? Try this (substitute your information)

Yes, the problem comes at some point of executing the capture. It doesn’t matter if its discovery/snmp/poller etc. And this happens only in the capture menu.

I have same problem … still find a solution,
