Time Based Alerts for Interfaces & Bits/sec

I have a question. Is there anyway to create a time based alert for certain time periods?

I have interfaces and have established a pattern of how the Bits/sec fluctuate during certain times of day for our traffic flow on the Interfaces.

Could we create an alert rule for a time range and if the Bits/sec for one interface is either higher or lower than our typical fluctuation then we get an alert?

It looks like a PR is in progress for this #https://github.com/librenms/librenms/pull/11622 which i think you can test as well if you want to.

Otherwise in the meantime you could try the macro method and add it to your alert rule

but note this small bug with the macro method #Custom alert macros are not re-evaluated
