I’m running 23.8.2-30-g2618a99be (this may have been the case in earlier releases) and the “Top Interfaces” widget doesn’t prefer the Display Name if it’s used for the device column.
As a result I have a combination of hostnames (because those have DNS) and IP addresses (because those don’t) even though we’ve populated the Display Name column.
Any hints how to get it to read Display Name? There doesn’t seem to be an option for this in the widget settings.
