Hi all. I’ve had no luck with LDAP auth in LibreNMS no matter what I try. I am not very familiar with LDAP but according to our SME the LDAP server, port, base DN, group access, bind username and password, etc are all correct. I can also use these settings to successfully ldapsearch from the LibreNMS server. However, when I try to log into LibreNMS with what should be a working LDAP account, I get a generic “Invalid credentials” error.
Where can I find a more detailed error log to begin to troubleshoot this? There is no /var/log/librenms dir or similar.
