Once again @murrant has been on a roll adding failed update notification within the WebUI, Improved Install process and a new IP parsing library to stop users needing to install Net_IPv(4|6) php modules.

- Over 25 devices have been added or updated.
- New IP parsing library
- Security issue fixed, more info will be released in due course, we are allowing time for users to update manually.
