LibreNMS version 1.65 has been released!

- This release has brought a new installer and install docs,
The new install docs cover installation for Ubuntu 20.04, CentOS 8, and Debian 10.
- There is a new feature to calculate device availability.
- New poller cluster settings
- 26 devices have new or updated support
- Lots of bug fixes
More settings have been added to the Web UI, but we could always use more help.
