I could use some assistance in figuring out this issue. I’m unsure when it started, but one of my network admins just brought to my attention that some of the monitored routers in our network are displaying “no data fie port-id.rrd” when trying to view graphs in the Weathermap plugin. I have verified that the issue is indeed present, and looked at everything that I know how to interpret. Thus far, I’m coming up with nothing useful. I have rebooted the server, performed a manual update/upgrade to the newest version of Librenms (as of 14 Jan 2022), and tried to dig through logs.
I can provide any needed command output, if you tell me what you might need to see. I appreciate any help that you folks may be able to provide.
