I am looking to monitor Windows clients using the built-in functionality of Check_MK. I followed all the steps in the documentation to get Check_MK set up on the server and install the agent service on Windows. My question is: where do I go from here? What do I put in the parameters? Entering -a <check_name> or -a doesn’t seem to accomplish anything.
There is a successful connection from LibreNMS in the Check_MK log on the Windows client, but I am not getting any data from the client. I feel like I am missing something obvious. Google-fu doesn’t bring up any documentation on the version of Check_MK I’m using following the LibreNMS documentation.
I can run check_mk_agent | test on the client machine and get output, but nothing goes to LibreNMS.
