Wrong ink levels via SNMP / Brother MFC-L8390CDW series

I monitor the ink/cartridge-levels via SNMP for several printers. Now I saw that the ink-levels shown for the Brother-printers seems to be nailed at 50%:

This does not fit the actual levels, which (in this case) all were merely empty:

Is this a known problem with Brother printers? Is the any work-around for this already?
