As shown in attached screenshot, sync speed OIDs need to be switched to represent downstream and upstream values correctly.
Correct OIDs:
sync speed down - .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.2.2.1.2.X.2
sync speed up - .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.2.2.1.2.X.1
attainable speed down - .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.1.1.1.20.X
attainable speed up - .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.1.1.1.21.X
