LibreNMS version 21.9.0 was released on September 16, 2021!

Welcome Ottorei to the maintenance team! He will be helping where he can to get PRs merged.
Notable features this release include:
- The API alert transport can now include arbitrary values input by the user.
- Port graphs now show the port speed and can be zoomed to the port speed.
- IS-IS polling improvements. It is now possible to add support for vendors using non-standard MIBs.
- 13 devices with new or updated support
- Many bug fixes
